Gary is a 30-year CVS Veteran including 21 years of Senior Category Management and 9 years of Field Management experience. He was a buyer for over 40 categories across Beauty, Healthcare, Personal Care, General Merchandise, and Seasonal Product. With this, he is an expert at aligning the retailer and supplier partnership.
Gary’s motto is, “Retail is detail”.

Annette has over 20 years of experience working with major retailers. She has a strong background in importing and is an accomplished operational specialist.

Laura joined Aurum in 2012 after starting her career as an analyst with a major magazine publishing and distribution company for CVS Health. She is an expert in overseeing and conducting analysis, dynamic problem-solving, influencing strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional teamwork. Since joining Aurum, Laura has played a critical role scaling the company’s rapidly growing portfolio of vendors. She has a relentless curiosity and a passion for creating innovative strategies and inspired analytical narratives.

Krystal Calista

Senior Account Specialist

Krystal joined Aurum Advantage after graduating from college with a degree in Marketing. Within the past 5 years, she has greatly advanced within our company and now specializes in vendor relations, promotional planning, marketing management, and product implementation processes such as item set up and maintenance. <

Jaqueline serves as the first point of contact for customer service and as the field representative with our suppliers. With her strong retail background, she provides our team with store knowledge and product research. She is our expert in store executions and store communications.

Alyssa’s business degree from Bryant University is enhanced by her high-level retail experience from multiple companies, including specialty and big-box retailers. Her background coupled with her proficiency in utilizing multiple data portals allows her to produce meaningful sales, promotional, competitive, and product-specific analytics and custom reports for our vendors.
